Where are the shirts being shipped from?

Depending on your order, we will ship to you from our closest branch. We have warehouses ready to send your order in Canada and the United States.
Most international orders are shipped from our Canadian branch.

What currency are the shirts sold in?

All transactions on this website are in US Dollars.

Do you provide tracking numbers?

YES! We provide tracking numbers for all United States orders! Tracking numbers will be provided 24-48 hours after your item has shipped out and will be available online. To find your status tracker, please check your email a couple of days after you place your order. - you can track your package through that email that notifies you your shirts have been shipped. At this time we are unable to provide tracking numbers for Canadian and International orders.

Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?

Yes, we ship to APO and FPO addresses. Since we use USPS, customers shipping to APO or FPO addresses should put the United States as their country. 

Can I customize the color of shirt for my order?

YES! We offer a number of different colors that we are able to print on, although some colors in some sizes are limited to availability. If you see a shirt you like but want it in a different color, just select the color you want - you will see the thumbnail image change to the selected color . This will give you an idea of what the shirt will look like. Keep in mind, some images may not print well with the color t shirt selected, so please be careful when selecting! If you are unsure of how it will look, please contact us, or put a note in the comments section at checkout. We'll help as best we can. 

What colors do you offer?

Depending on the t shirt, we offer more than 20 different colors, including:
Black, Charcoal Grey, Daisy, Dark Chocolate, Forest Green, Gold, Irish Green, Light Blue, Light Pink, Military Green, Navy, Orange, Other, Purple, Red, Royal Blue, Sport Grey, Tan, White and three STYLES of ringers, including Black, Navy and Red.

Do you offer hooded pullovers?

Yes, we do! We are quite excited to announce we can now offer hooded pullovers. Please contact us if you see a t shirt here that you would prefer on a hooded pullover. We will get back to you quickly.

I see a t shirt but wish it was a hooded pullover, can you do that?

No Problem, just send us an email at originaljamestee@gmail.com and we will quickly make the design available as a hooded pullover.
In the meantime, check back often as we will be adding to the hooded pullover lineup frequently.
At the moment we have hooded pullovers in Black, White, Navy, Red, Royal Blue and Sport (athletic) Grey in sizes S to 2XL. 

What method of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal, AMEX, Visa, and MasterCard.

What is the average wait time?

Our t-shirts are made-to-order, so there is some time required to print and dry the shirt and prepare it for shipping. Many of our T shirts are custom made based on information you provide to us (our custom dog tees and tees with grand kid's names on them for instance) These tees may take an extra day or so to set up and complete. In some cases, it can be processed the same day, but we can't guarantee it. All shirts will be processed and sent for shipping in two to three business days after you place your order.
The average wait times vary for each country. We ship USPS and people in the U.S. should expect their shirt at their door 5-10 business days after we are finished making your shirt(s).

How do I care for my Original James Tee?


  • It is best to always wash inside out 
  • Hand or machine wash in cool water (NEVER WARM OR HOT).
  • Never use bleach!
  • Line dry or machine ((tumble) dry on your delicate setting.
  • Cool iron if needed, always inside out.

What is your Return Policy?

Be sure to check our sizing chart for correct sizing selection. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing.

Since all of our products are made to order, we only accept exchanges on damaged goods.

If there is a problem with your order please contact us right away. Mistakes will happen from time to time, (not often, but it does happen,) and we appreciate the opportunity to correct them.
To speed up the process please include a photo when you contact us.

If we have made an error in sending you the wrong size or color of shirt you ordered, we will be happy to do an exchange right away. Unfortunately, if you have made an error in the ordering process, we cannot refund or exchange the item.

If you have made a mistake in giving us the address, we cannot give you an exchange or refund so please be sure to give us the correct address for the item to be shipped. Every item is made to order, and we cannot be held liable for items not being received due to insufficient or incomplete addresses or addresses not verified by USPS.

(outside of the United States) cannot be offered any type of refund for non-delivery. Please ensure that your delivery address is 100% accurate.
